cPanel DNS ONLY is software that allows you to run a dedicated physical nameserver, which you can then link to your web server(s) using WHM's DNS Clustering feature. This means that any change to your web server's DNS information will automatically be sent to the DNS ONLY server, eliminating the need to run nameserver software on your web server reducing load.
